Salil Bhatnagar is the Chief Distribution Officer – HSBC Channel. A founder member of the Company, he has worked across Sales, Training, Strategy and Business Development. He is an outstanding sales & training leader who was instrumental in the successful launch of the company in June’2008.
Salil has worked with HSBC Insurance Asia Pacific Holdings in Hong Kong as Sales Training Head, wherein he dovetailed the High-Performance Sales Model in key Asia Pacific markets.
He brings over 33 years of cross functional experience in Consumer Durables, Telecom, Consulting and Life Insurance Industry, where he has managed profit centers and large sales teams. Salil demonstrates strong strategic vision and leadership capabilities through which he has delivered exceptional business results. His core competencies include sales, strategy development, competence building, sales governance and creating & managing positive business relationships.
Salil is a Delhi University graduate, with Diploma in International Trade from Apeejay Institute (Delhi) and MBA from IMI (Delhi). He was conferred with Training Leader of the year 2014 by Asia Excellence in Training & Development at Singapore.
